The entirety of this statement, from the beginning of this paragraph through the end of the section titled "Our partnerships, associations, and affiliations" constitute the terms of use of this web site. By visiting our web site, you agree to these terms of use and assume all associated risks, foreseen or unforeseen. Furthermore, you agree that should any part of these terms of use be deemed illegal or unenforceable under current County, California state and/or United States federal law, you remain bound by the full remainder of the terms of use.
Posting restrictions
The CE database is designed ONLY for the posting of in-person continuing education events presented by providers approved by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences to offer continuing education credit to Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Social Workers. Postings will be immediately removed if they contain any of the following:
- False or misleading information.
- Vulgar or inappropriate language, images, or descriptions.
- Coding scripts of any kind.
- Formatting that interferes with the proper display of any event in the database.
- Information about products or services not directly related to the event itself.
- Duplication of information on an event already in the database.
- Information on any on-line or self-study continuing education courses.
We reserve the right edit or delete event postings for any reason as deemed necessary for the proper functioning, display, accessability and appropriateness of the CE database.
Anyone may post an event to the database. If you are a CE provider and wish to see listings for your events edited or removed, please email ben ==at== bencaldwell ==dot== com and provide as much information as possible about the event listings in question, including EventID numbers.
Disclaimers
Event submissions are not moderated. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, changes due to security breaches, or any third-party content on our site. Prices, schedules, presenters, and locations, as well as all other event details, are subject to change without notice. Door prices subject to capacity. Our links to outside sites are presented for informational purposes only and should not be considered endorsements of these sites by us, or endorsements of our site by them. You assume all risks associated with the use of this site, including those involved with email (see "Email privacy and practices" below), including the possibility of interception, when sending us electronic correspondence. You also assume all risk of viewing undesirable material posted by site users.

We never send unsolicited commercial email, or sell or give away client or visitor email addresses. Ever. Limitations of service
We do not provide counseling or therapy services over email or the internet. Links and forms on our website that prepare and/or send email are provided solely as a means of initially contacting the recipient. We assume no responsibility for lost or misdirected email, or for errors in CE provider contact information.
"Cookies"
"Cookies" are small pieces of data, stored on your computer, that allow a web site to keep track of who you are as you and others click through the site. Cookies are what allow web sites to have shopping carts, personalized preferences, and other information tailored to you. Our web site makes use of cookies in the following ways:
* Our web server uses cookies to collect aggregate information about our visitors. This information includes visitor operating system, browser type, referring site, page hits, and other associated technical information.
